Widespot, Season 2 - Weiss

With Street’s birthday coming up, Penny decides to get a job. She’s always been interested in the world around her, but although she excels in science and logic, it’s always been people that really interest her. She’s a natural gossip and decides journalism is the path for her.

“Ready for the party tonight, little bro?”

“Don’t call me that. But sure, just please invite at least one sim my age.”

“Sure thing, I’ll invite Scot!”

Street Weiss grows up surrounded by (Penny’s) family and friends!

She’s kissed every single man in the room she isn’t related to, but doesn’t seem too bothered by it.

Pay attention to your damn son, Rhett!

Remembered to take a snapshot of Street’s personality. He’s going to be AWFUL and I am going to love him.

Party shenanigans! Sadie rejects Scot and he retires to the chess table with Sandy to lick his wounds.

Peeny and Mary have a good old catch up. Penny’s just thrilled with all the dirty jokes Mary tells these days. She can’t believe her childhood BFF is all married up, though! Life is crazy.

She’s got her hands full trying to keep Rhett and her Daddy apart, and Mary’s no help since she’s generally too busy making out with Val. Penny’s eventually able to convince her to distract Rhett while she takes a minute to play with her son (who Lazlo’s happily sat down with! Oh, she adores Lazlo.)

Rhett sees Penny and some other guy talking to his kid and decides he’d better get in on the action before the kid starts calling whoever-it-is “Daddy”.

Valentine decides to join in and help coach his grandson. Then Mary joins them! This might be the first ever toddler birthday party I’ve thrown my sims where the party-goers paid this much attention to the kid.

The next day, after a outfit change, Street seems to have mutated to have his mother’s alien eyes, which is, well, weird. I’m going to just roll with it and hope for the best.

Promotion montage (imagine the music, please), and a bit of family life! Penny keeps getting in trouble with Mortimer for spying on him, she can’t wait to write his obituary.

Goldie comes home with Woody one day. He’s pretty excited, but she’s more interested in Street than him. (Her nephew! She can’t believe she’s an aunt.)

She and Woody do become friends, though, finding they have a lot in common!

Woody’s home alone one night, and invites the ever-enchanting Beatrice over to keep him company while he babysits.

“So, we’re pals, right?”

“With benefits, Woody!”

“Sure, sure. I was just wondering if those benefits included…?”

“If you want. I’ve not done it before, though.”

“Me neither! Are you sure, uh-”

“Well, I’m game if you are!”

“So who else are you seeing? Not that it’s a problem, just curious!”
“Uh, mostly just Virginia.”
“The girl who rejected you???”
“Well, that was only at first. She says she loves me, now.”
“She’s gone off to college now though, right?”
“Yeah.”
“I know how that goes! Puck Summerdream left for college and they were so hot, I’ve been so bummed out. I mean, I can go visit them if I want but it’s just weird now they’re an adult, you know? And they’re ‘seriously’ dating Hermia, bleh.”
“Is Puck the only other person you’re seeing?”
“Pretty much, but I’m thinking of asking out Buck Grunt some time. Anyone you’ve got your eye on?”
“Goldie Hart, but she’s got a crush on David Ottomas, I think.”
“So what! If you like her, you ought to go for it.”

Last shot of the Weiss family before I move on! Gosh, they’re so cute.
