Veronaville, Season 1 (Spring & Summer) - Part 1

Goneril’s branch of the Capp family settle into their new home. Usually I don’t use money cheats, but since the Capp family are meant to be rich and she’s worried her husband married her for money, I gave them a motherlode and made one of those stupid two-house-and-balcony homes into one house.

Albany stays home with the kids while his wife works. Desmonda plays cops and robbers with Bennedict Monty. Considering the feud, the kids miming shooting and killing each other always makes me a little worried!

Antonio was worried about being able to look after his twins with his wife Hero gone, so his sister Bianca offered to move in with him and give them a hand. She hadn’t found Mr Right yet, and she liked being around her niece and nephew. She was also worried about how her brother was handling Hero’s death.

She took up a job at the family restaurant with the rest of the Monty clan, and at work met a sim called Nina Caliente. (I imagine most sims on the culinary career work in the Monty restaurant, which I’ll build later. I won’t actually employ any playables, though, so them working there will be unofficial.)

Kent Capp was only living with his sister temporarily, and hoped his job in science would take off eventually. He wasn’t that interested in money, though. His life was about the pursuit of knowledge! It was also, currently, about the pursuit of a man he met in Bluewater village.

Regan hoped to make it on her own without relying on the family’s money, but things weren’t gong according to plan. She was already pregnant before she’d even worked a day! She wasn’t entirely unhappy, though, as she did want an heir. And her husband Cornwall was nothing but supportive.

Romeo loved Juliette, but her feud with his brother was getting out of hand. He loved his brother too, and he hated being caught in the middle like this.

He hoped that Mercutio’s budding relationship with her sister Hermia would bring them together, but it seemed to make Juliette hate him even more.

Juliette and Hermia had a “problem brother”, too. Tybalt was getting out of hand! He wasn’t a bad guy, though. When they weren’t arguing over their choices in love with him, Hermia and Juilette got along with him really well!

Hermia was pretty… aggressive in her pursuit of Mercutio.

Juliette was not happy about his development, and her family’s ghosts were doing nothing to improve her mood.

Consort was furious, too. The Romeo boy was bad enough, but this boy! And right in front of him! Unacceptable.

It was a good thing he went to his room afterwards, or he would have had a fit.

Titania and Oberon had a pretty unconventional relationship. Faeries had different standards to humans, and marriage, possession and jealousy didn’t really feature in their relationship. They did, however, love parties. And a wedding was such a lovely, romantic excuse for a party! Titania proposed.

Puck was disappointed to find out his longtime crush Hermia was now dating Mercutio, but he wasn’t about to hold it against her. Besides, he was finding her older brother pretty attractive, and still managed to get that first kiss! (I’m going to be playing the Summerdreams as more prone to bisexuality, polyamory and open relationships than most sims, though not all of them will necessarily go that way.)

Titania not only got engaged at the party, she also got pregnant! It was an exciting time for the family.
