Meet Spruceburg's lovely residents!
Meet Spruceburg's lovely residents!
Katsuko was devestated when her son, Kenji, passed away in a boating accident. There goes her life-long dream of having 6 grandchildren... still, she is determined to look after the two she has, and help them through this difficult chapter of life.
In her spare time, Katsuko enjoys tinkering with her computer, painting, sewing, and the occasional flirtation. To better support the twins she's taken up a career in hacking, but she's not very dedicated to her job and usually shows up late.
Matthew never bothered with relationships or a family, dedicating his life to his hobbies and the pursuit of knowledge. But he's found a kindred spirit in Katsuko and recently moved into her old house.
He's a member of the garden club and can usually be found digging in the dirt, ignoring any back pains. As a car-lover and tinkerer, he's also hoping to rennovate an old junker. Maybe it could be a way to bond with Katsuko's grandchildren.
Outgoing, curious and adventurous, Harumi dreams of travelling the world and discovering everything there is to know about it!
She loves baking, robots, and personally aims to someday defeat her grandmother's beau, Matthew, at chess. Ever since her father's accident, she's had a deep fear of water.
A shy and sensitive artist, Rikuto's recently become something of a hit with teenage girls! He's loved painting ever since he was a child and recently took up a new hobby, woodworking.
Rikuto's something of a cowardly technophobe. He just hates computers and electronics! But living in a house surrounded by gadget geeks, maybe he can get over his fear someday.
Alastair is one of the eldest sims in Spruceburg. Once upon a time, he was a ladder-climber in the politics career, but these days he'd rather relax and enjoy his retirement. He's got a bit of a mean streak but a fondness for animals - particularly horses. You can always find him in town with a dog in tow, not always his own dog!
His romantic fling with Natasha Ruskin came to a screeching halt when their date was interrupted by the social worker.
Recently graduating college, Lynn's found a job in her dream career and is working her way toward becoming Chief of Staff. She's naturally pretty lazy, but her father taught her to schmooze and that usually makes up for it!
Lynn's a little rebellious and loves heavy metal music. Her guilty pleasure is watching documentaries about all things paranormal. Of course, as a logical sim she's a skeptic who doesn't beleive in anything she hasn't seen with her own two eyes, but she always wonders: what if???
Natasha prides herself on not taking life too seriously. She's funny, excitable, and sometimes a little inappropriate with her sense of humor. Natasha is a mother of six, although she's not always the best provider. One of her children, Morgan, was taken away by social services and placed with his father, Chase.
So far, though, having her ex in town has not tempted Natasha to stray from her newest love, Alvin. The two of them just had a set of twins together and are engaged! Maybe Natasha's finally found the sim she wants to settle down with?
Fashionable, hardworking and irresistible, Alvin's a professional party guest who's always had a way with the ladies! Deep down, though, he's a family man who just wants to settle down and adopt a cat or two.
He recently fell for Natasha Ruskin, and the two of them are engaged to be married. His dreams are coming true, too, with a beautiful cat called lady and twin babies - a boy and a girl!
Spruceburg's third set of twins, who were born in the winter just after Amy and May. There must be something in the water in this town!
Alvin and Natasha are delighted with their new darlings, but how will Natasha's previous kids react to the new arrivals?
Daniel might not seem like the serious type, but he's smart and not above taking a few shortcuts to get ahead in life! Anything that makes it easier to spend his time on what really matters: sleeping, partying, dating, music, and video games.
It would be cool to work in the music or games industry someday, but for now he's picked up a job in entertainment. His older siblings both moved out, but Daniel's happy enough to coast along living with his mom - why bother dealing with all those adult responsibilities when you can just chill at home?
Laura is Natasha's eldest, and (she would claim) the responsible one in the family. Her brothers would say she's just kind of a nerd. Laura loves fine art and science fiction, and especially things that blend the two together! She dreams of someday becoming an ecological guru, but has settled for working in journalism for now.
She's painfully shy and it doesn't help that she's forever saying the wrong thing - innapropriate just like her Mom! And she might have more in common with her Mom than she ever admited, having recently got pregnant just after leaving home.
Parker was Laura's teenage sweetheart at school, both of them studious geeks with a passion for science fiction - and each other! He wasn't exactly planning on them starting a family so young, but he would hate to lose Laura and has agreed to marry her.
He's a bit of a perfectionist, and gets grumpy when things don't go his way! Loves to stargaze (especially with Laura), interested in all things supernatural, and dreams of running his own science magazine. Currently, though, he's working as an intern in the medical field.
The son of Parker and Laura, Alex is currently Spruceburg's single only child. His parents spend a lot of time reading and star-gazing while Alex quietly keeps them company.
With a fully-present mom, dad, uncle and no siblings to compete with, Alex ought to be the most well-cared for baby in town. We'll see how that pans out!
The classic jock, Ellis. is charismatic, popular and influential. He recently moved out alongside his older sister, Laura, and picked up a job in politics. The young adult life suits him great - meeting girls, throwing parties, and becoming even more influential!
He loves TV shows about robots, and sometimes wonders if he could build one of his own. His main flaw is his slovenly, sloppy nature, something which drives his sister nuts!
Morgan loves playing outdoors, splashing in puddles and, in the summer, swimming in the river. He dreams of becoming a world famous champion swimmer, some day. As a bit of a 'diva', Morgan enjoys the finer things in life. Style is very important to him!
He might have had a rough childhood (being removed from his mother and placed with his biological father, Chase), but you won't ever hear him talk about it - he's got a killer sense of humor and is always cracking jokes. He's especially close with his brother Daniel and is cautiously excited about his newest siblings.
Chase recently found out he was a father. Naturally nurturing, he's determined to do the right and proper thing and give Morgan a good upbringing.
As a lifelong lover of music, Chase is currently working as a Battle of the Bands Judge, but his true dream is having 20 simultaneous lovers. He's naturally polyamorous and would probably best suit an open relationship, but where's the fun in that? He's a dramatic, after all!
Eva works a high-powered business job, but she's excited to slow down a little and enjoy the country life Spruceburg has to offer. She loves the great outdoors and has always wanted a big family with lots of kids and pets!
She's not entirely unaware of Chase's romantic ambitions, but Eva's a little immature and has her own share of commitment issues. Suddlenly finding herself thrust into the "stepmother" role is a little overwhelming! But she loves kids and is doing her best.
When Eva and Chase decided to grow their little family, they weren't expecting twins! It's not exactly a huge house and they only had enough money saved up for one crib - oops!
It's too early to say what sets the twins apart from each other, but they sure are cute.
