Duncan’s off to work, leaving the girls on toddler-care duty. Normally it’s Duncan’s job to look after the kids, but they both have the day off today!
Aiyanna: I should ask Erin… oh, but she probably hates me, I don’t wanna annoy her.
Aiyanna: Erin! I was, uh, just about to make sandwiches if you want one?
Erin: Thank you, that’d be great. I like bacon and tomato best but ham will suffice- shoot, sorry, I keep using my "manager" voice on you. I know you're not my personal assistant.
Aiyanna: It's cool!
Aiyanna: Hey, so, I know this situation is like 12 different kinds of fucked up but it means a lot to me how helpful and understanding you’ve been!
Erin: Well, there’s no sense in holding a grudge against you… our kids are going to be siblings after all.
Aiyanna: I’d, uh, like it if we could be friends?
Erin: I don’t see any harm in that. It’s not as if any of this is really your fault. I’m all too aware of how manipulative Duncan can be. Lies come like breathing to that man.
Aiyanna: I don’t think he even realises he’s doing it! He just, like, says what he thinks you want to hear? I think he means well, deep down.
Erin: Oh, yes. I went through this phase, too. You’ll see.
Living areas. I kept it fairly close to the original, just added furniture from their inventory and some kid stuff here and there.
Lewis' room! Has some art stuff, since it's his hobby.
Erin shares this room with Penelope, but I will probably split it into 2 seperate rooms when she's older.
Duncan, Aiyanna & Finn’s room (there’s a crib, it’s just out of frame).
Aiyanna: Gross gross gross-
Erin: It’s just a dirty diaper. Best to get used to it as soon as possible.
I was honestly expecting slapping fights non stops, but they seem quite content to parent together, which has honestly been a pleasant suprise?
Duncan gets home from work, and I honestly don’t even have words. Stop, you two.

Duncan: Now, this is the sort of ‘welcome home’ I enjoy.
Aiyanna: Heh, happy to oblige. How was work?
Duncan: Oh, the usual. I kicked ass. How were the kids? Erin didn’t give you a hard time, did she?
Aiyanna: Nope, she was actually really nice! Anyways… I missed you.
Erin: Well, look who finally decided to come and help tidy up!
Duncan: Come on, babe, don’t be bitter-
Erin: It’s amazing, I live with two other adults and feel like a single parent.
Aiyanna: I’ll, um, just grab this plate here.
Finn grows up! Erin even comes by to say happy birthday and check out Duncan, ugh
That hair isn’t doing him any favors, but he’s cute! He’s a sagitarius like his dad & sister, neurotic (also like his dad) and has the sailor trait (like Erin!).
Aiyanna: Such a handsome boy! You take after your Mom!
Duncan: You’re a pretty cool toddler! Erin, babe, check out- oh yeah, guess you’re asleep. Your Mommy can sleep through anything, she’s pretty amazing.
